Smell Forward is a fictional exploration by Priscille Jotzu, as part of her M.A. design research, "that focuses on the sense of smell to offer new interaction possibilities and challenge the contemporary movement towards digitalisation and dematerialisation" (Jotzu, 2018). I collaborated with Priscille to visualise her critical design project that uses olfaction to speculate about possible futures. The resultant photographs were used in various publications to illustrate the project.
